Hello, I’m Sezer Ercan

With many years of experience as an IT Officer, I offer professional support in every aspect of the IT world. I would like to briefly introduce myself and my career.

I started my education at Fındıklı Rotary Primary and Secondary School and continued at Şişli Industrial Vocational High School. Between 2020 and 2022, I successfully completed the Computer Programming Associate Degree program at Atatürk University. My education further reinforced my interest in computer technologies and laid the foundations for my career.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a number of different positions and gained a variety of skills. I have a wide range of experience from helpdesk services, installation of cloud and NAS backup services, website construction, firewall management. I also have expertise in graphic design, Windows and Office knowledge, hosting management, installation and repair of computers and other peripherals.

My future goal is to gain more experience in the IT industry and take part in every stage of technical support processes for a company. One of my greatest achievements in my career has been my ability to analyze complex technical problems and solve them using general knowledge and logic as a result of asking the right questions.

I have a commitment to my employers to provide fast and effective solutions to any problem in my field. My experience and different perspectives help me to come up with logical solutions and I am committed to maintaining regular checks to ensure systems are running smoothly.

My personal goals include creating a freer working environment, making myself and the organization I work for more robust and experienced. My professional goals include taking responsibility for an IT team.

My approach to work is based on a logical and graded backup system and I often apply these principles in my work life.

My personal interests include automobiles and technological equipment. These interests shape me to increase my motivation and energy in my free time.
